Windows Reboot - Perpetual Amp instance creation

Problem Description:
Setup a new Windows Server, installed AMP, setup instances. Do a server reboot all instances are cleared out and when I launch the instance manager it goes through the setup process again. Every reboot results in same outcome. I’ve uninstalled fully, reinstalled amp, reinstalled windows, tried other 2 other servers. Issue is persistent.

Make sure your command line tools are up to date.
Specifically if yo run ampinstmgr version in CMD it should print out v2.6.0.6

If it happens again, just ignore the desktop GUI and use the web interface on port 8080
