Where do i find my licence?

OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 26.04

Product Name/Version: v2.7.2.8

Problem Description: I tried running the “ampinstmgr reactivateall” command but i dont know what to put for my licence key value. I also keep getting the “exit code 32 (NO lICENCE)” error.

Instance TestingServer01 has stopped
ADS logged stopped instance TestingServer01 - exit code 32 (NO_LICENCE)
An attempt to reactivate this instance was performed within the last 5 minutes, not retrying.
  • Start instance
  • Error code appears
  • Run ampinstmgr reactivateall command
  • typed in what i thought was my key
  • restarted server
  • same error code appears

Actions taken to resolve so far:

Looked at forums, put in licence, restarted server.

CubeCoders you can request a key resend there.

If you have a rented server that came with AMP preinstalled, you need to talk to the host.

My licence is disabled, how can i enable it again?

You’ll have to reach out to Billing to look at why its disabled. What should I do if I've lost my licence key, or if my licence key didn't arrive?
