What should I do if I've lost my licence key, or if my licence key didn't arrive?

Lost licence keys and undelivered licence keys.

If you’ve either lost a previously used licence key, or you’ve recently purchased AMP and your licence key didn’t arrive - here’s a few things to check:

1. Check your spam folder

First, check if the email from us went to your spam folder. They are always from “noreply@cubecoders.com” - also consider adding this address to your allowed senders list.

2. Try logging into your account

Head to CubeCoders and attempt to login to the email address associated with your payment method. If it’s valid you’ll be sent a link to login and from there you can request a resend of your licence.

3. Paypal users - check for multiple email addresses.

The licence key is sent to the email address provided by PayPal. Specifically it’ll arrive at the exact same place that the payment confirmation from PayPal themselves is sent to.

If you paid using PayPal, log into your account and check if you have multiple email addresses associated with your account. If an unreachable email account is on your PayPal account, remove it and contact support.

4. Contact billing support.

If you’re unable to recover your licence yourself, you entered your email incorrectly during checkout or have an otherwise inaccessible email address - support will need to correct your account details for you.

Include the following information:

  • Your full legal name.
  • Your full current postal address
  • Your full postal address at the time of purchase (if different)
  • Which payment method you used (Stripe/PayPal/Patreon)

And send it to contact@cubecoders.com with the subject “Account Recovery”
