Problem Description: Carried out the following upgrade:

Terminal: sudo su -l amp

Terminal: ampinstmgr upgradeall

Upgrade completed without issue
-
Logged into Web Interface, Presented with New Splash Screen for 2.6, all instances visible and started and working without issue.

Next day

Scheduled Ubuntu Server Updates ran without issue

Server required reboot
-
Server rebooted
-
All services started, docker containers started however ALL AMP containers disappeared
