Update Failure with Necesse - Can not update Necesse nor upgrade its instance

Problem Description

Issue

I have attempted to update this game multiple times and the instance also. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. All of the other instances appear to be working.

Reproduction Steps

  • Stopped the server and pressed update
  • go to support and updates
  • select upgrade this instance.

As for updating the game server, what’s the issue?

I attempted these steps, but when I try to update the Template (I believe this is what you call it) for Necesse I receive the following error in the logs:

Note: that all others are fully functional and the AMP version itself is up to date with V2.6.0.12. It is only one Template that will not update. I believe it is because the Template will not update that the game within will not update either.
