Read this guide to get things all up to date, updating via the web UI doesn’t work, plus there’s extra steps you need to do in the command line anyway:
From there, follow stage 4 in the guide to properly update the Bedrock template, hopefully from there you should be able to pull the new download (though to note, Bedrock does not use Jars, since it’s written in C++ and not Java)
I’ve successfully updated amp to 2.6. Upgrading the bedrock instance via the update button (as shown in stage 4) didn’t work. I started a new instance of a Bedrock Server, which seemed to work
Ah, if your old instance used the Minecraft Module (which primarily ran Java with Bedrock tacked on), then that old one wouldn’t be updating properly yeah.
Bedrock was converted over to a proper generic module template (similar to other games in the list), making it easier to update and maintain
