Update Failure with Minecraft - server can't start due to minecraft_server.jar missing

Problem Description

Issue

I tried to add the missing file, afterwards the server starts but doesn’t run on neoforge and thus can’t connect to the server with a client how has the modpack installed.

Reproduction Steps

• tried to add the missing file manuelly
• redo the instances
• update the instances multiple times

I also have this issue, I am trying to run a Neoforge modpack, however the neoforge.jar file isn’t being recognized by amp’s scan feature, leading to the “minecraft_sever.jar” is missing error, however i tried running a base forge & fabric server both of which worked fine.
