Issue
After selecting forge, Or any version of minecraft Pupur, Vanilla, Etc the forge version shows a blank box then we get an error “task Failed” Download / Update failed: Update is not yet available, please wait a minute and try again. This error happens multiple times, Even when waiting 30 + minutes. Another error we get is Download / Update Failed: Couldn’t Determine the URL to fetch an update from you may need to install this server type manually,
Reproduction Steps
- Pick Minecraft Java
- Going into Minecraft > Server & Start Up
- Pick Server Type = Forge
Try and stop/start the instance to see if that resolves it, if not then I’d suggest checking the instance’s logs to see if anything’s going wrong (right click the instance and hit View Logs)

Seems to have been canceled for whatever reason, I’d suggest turning on debug logging in the instance for a better read on things, and check to see if the system’s DNS settings are working correctly.
Yeah this is a straight up network failure that is stopping AMP from getting that data. DNS is usually the place to start.
