Problem Description

Issue

Im trying to perform an AMP update and the web interface never comes back, i can restart the server and get it back but the update never completes. I also cannot get into the AMP user on linux as i do not know what the password is.

Reproduction Steps

  • Click button to perform AMP update
  • Wait 15 minutes
  • web interface still inaccessable
  • Tried to login to AMP user on linux, unable, password is not known

The amp linux user does not have a password.
Run sudo su -l amp to log in (that is a lower case L not a 1)
From there you can run ampinstmgr start ADS01

I’ve had the same issue and have just started updating it manually through the command line, never could get it to work through the web interface.
