Problem Description

Issue

Can’t install anymore instances all say error unpacking/downloading

Reproduction Steps

  • Restarted AMP
  • Updated AMP
  • Restarted the server
  • Still Cant install

Right click an instance → press View Logs

The error im getting is that

Download or unpack failed. Please check your network connection and try again.
Unzip return code was 2
Running command line: “/usr/bin/docker ps --format {{.Names}}” from “”
Create Instance Failed: The core archive failed to download or unpack: Unzip return code was 2

You’ll want to double check the deployment log then and see what that says.
Though since you mentioned that you updated AMP, make sure that your ampinstmgr package is up to date:
