Problem Description

Issue

Whenever I attempt to manage the panel, I am compelled to reboot the VPS to gain access. At the panel, I select Support and Updates to upgrade the instance. However, when I click on “upgrade this instance,” the update process begins but ultimately leads to a timeout page.

Reproduction Steps

  • Reboot VPS in order to access panel
  • Click on Support and Updates
  • Click on “Upgrade this instance”
  • Taken to timed out page

Updating the ADS via the web interface isn’t working at the moment, and you need to update your ampinstmgr package on the system.
