Problem Description

Issue

my instances are all running on a newer version to my vps AMP and whenever i try to update it says took too long to respond and it will not let me back on the website for the vps and i cannot update it even when i reboot i left it for ages and still nothing if you could help me that would be great :slight_smile:

Reproduction Steps

  • Pressing support and updates
  • Then pressing upgrade this instance
  • Then i waited for update

Updating the ADS via the web UI does not work atm, and you need to update system packages.
You don’t need to restart the VPS, you can just run ampinstmgr start ADS01 as the amp Linux user.
