Issue
date procedure on Win11 is not working, cannot upgrade from ver 2.8.0.2 to ver 2.8.0.4
Reproduction Steps
- exited AMP instance manager
- delete old install .exe.
- download and install new .exe
- restart AMP Instance Manager
