Problem Description

Issue

I’m trying to upgrade my AMP version to the latest update available in the console, but it never finishes upgrading it, so I can’t manage my minecraft server and I can’t even backup my files because I can’t access my instance.

Reproduction Steps

  • Sign in and open the console
  • Click support and updates
  • Click upgrade this instance
  • Accept server shutdown/restart to update AMP version

You can right click the instance, then hit Manage in new tab to manage it, but that may not work considering the ADS is on v2.5 and the instance I’m assuming is on v2.6.

The update button in the ADS isn’t working at the moment, and you need to update the ampinstmgr package in the Linux command line.
