Update Failure with Application Deployment - Cannot update AMP to newest version

Problem Description

Issue

Instance manager stuck in a loading screen stating updating remote sources, I cannot update the amp to the new version nor play on and manage my servers. By pressing on the restart and update amp button the app restarts but continues to be stuck with the loading bar.

Reproduction Steps

• The loading screen persists from login, the task cannot be dismissed
• Forcing Amp to update does nothing
• restarting amp instance in support and updates tab does not help

I have followed these steps through, and still am receiving the same results. I cannot update AMP and am stuck with a loading bar stating “updating remote sources, fetching latest configurations”. Correction to System Info, I am running a Windows based OS not Linux.

That guide covers both. To clarify, under Support and Updates what do you see for the two version numbers listed?
