Problem Description

Issue

tried using the upgrade option in the AMP web did not work so i used the line ampinstmgr stopall in cmd and used the repair option in the instance installer which also failed please help me

Reproduction Steps

  • start updrage
  • upgrade fail
  • do cmd line ampinstmgr stopall
  • fails then use repair on installer

Making general comments that something “fails” without any detail (logs, output, errors, etc) is not much use to anybody

Did you follow How to update AMP to the latest version?

Yes i have i mention i used the stopall command in cmd which is from the link provided none of it worked so that is why i came here to see if any more information could be given on this topic to help me figure it out
