Problem Description

Issue

upgrading my instance crashes the game panel after loading then starts raising the cpu usage and prevents further login attempts into the game panel

Reproduction Steps

  • go to support and updates in the game panel
  • select upgrade this instance and wait
  • wait more and the page crashes

Your install is fairly outdated. You’ll want to follow this update guide, taking care to update the ampinstmgr apt package as well.
