Saw that there was an update via the Support and Updates link in the left panel of AMP. Clicked the link, clicked upgrade this amp, it says that it’s upgrading, less than 30 seconds pass and it comes back to the AMP screen with nothing upgraded. Still running 2.6.4 Nov 14 build.
Reproduction Steps
Log into amp
Look on left panel and notice there’s an Update available
Click on the link in the left panel
Click on the button under Updates that says Upgrade this amp
watch the spinner
notice nothing actually upgraded. Same version as before
I have exactly the same problem as Rick on Windows. The upgrade is not being implemented.
Furthermore, I can no longer start my Minecraft instance. I get the following error message.
This instance is running a newer version of AMP than this ADS instance. This instance is version 2.6.4.2 but this ADS instance is version 2.6.3.0. Please update this ADS instance.
I hope there will be a solution to this problem soon.
Interesting. I’ve followed the instructions and completed the upgrade, but now I am unable to modify scheduled events. When you click on “if condition is met” and then choose any of the buttons below, you get the following error:
Data Binding Failure
Client-side databinding failed. If you’ve just upgraded AMP then you should first try clearing your browser cache.

I have done as it says and it didn’t fix anything.
I have the same Data binding Error with the 2.6.4.2 version. Already tried clearing all the history and even tried on multiple computers with multiple browsers and still the same error. I don’t use a proxy either.
Also tried creating a new instance and restarted the server and still happens.
I get this error on the browser console:

Yeah, I don’t use a proxy server and I did all of that… it’s still there. I’ve also noticed another thing: Ark SA game servers do start and run ok, but there’s log spam for GameAnalytics - which I have turned off. I’m not sure where the issue is.. a lot of it is just info messages summarized as “no events to send”..
I also noticed, while doing disk cleanup, that Amp is listed 3 times under installed programs. One version prior to this one and then 2 for the .2.
