Problem Description
Issue
I tried to update AMP to 2.6.0.6 but the update failed, as well as the webpage failed, and I wasn’t able to access the game panel after. I had to go through hostinger support to find the command and access the browser terminal in order to manually restart the AMP Game panel.
Reproduction Steps
- Tried to create a new Minecraft instance and manage it
- Received error message :“Cannot manage this instance This instance is running a newer version of AMP than this ADS instance. This instance is version 2.6.0.6 but this ADS instance is version 2.5.1.6. Please update this ADS instance.”
- Tried to update AMP instance to 2.6.0.6 in the main menu.
- Update failed and Webpage disconnected.
- I had to go into the Hostinger SSH access browser terminal and chat with their live support to get the command to restart the game panel service
- I’m now afraid to try to update AMP to version 2.6.0.6 in case the update fails and I lose my instance data or that I’ll
