Update Failure with Application Deployment - ADS not updating properly

Problem Description

Issue

Every time I have tried updating the ADS, it refreshes the page and cancels the download. I do not know the main problem causing this.

Reproduction Steps

• Pressing Upgrade this instance
• Choosing shut down and upgrade
• The page refreshes and resets back to its original state
