Startup Issue with Valheim - Valheim app wont start up

Problem Description

Issue

i do this steps and the nothing happens.

Here is the logg file:

Reproduction Steps

  • make instance
  • change name on the server
  • press start

I’m having this EXACT problem as well.

Have you hit “Update” inside the instance so it downloads the server?

Yes, No different. I did try put Valheimplus in but then it only do the updatet and still cant start.

The update to AMP always just freeze, so everytime amp has an updatet i need to reinstall everything :frowning: so yes this is a «new» installasion.

The “update freeze” you mention I always had that issue IF you try to update it through AMP’s UI (on window at least). The safest/best way to update AMP, and all instances, is if you use the terminal on the remote machine and use the command “ampinstmgr upgradeall” (without quotes).
