Problem Description
Issue
The application is out of date.
I back up the server to make sure I am good there.
I update the server in management, and it seems to go well.
Then I click the start button. The start fails after the steps listed, instead trying to download an update again. I am not sure why, but it continues to do this, and has for almost a month. Please assist in determining why this is happening.
