Problem Description

Issue

I’m trying to setup a stoneblock 4 server using the FTB new source, but the server wont start and give the following message “The update manager reported a successful update, but ./Minecraft/minecraft_server.jar is missing.” cant figure out how to make the server run correctly.

Reproduction Steps

  • configured server to FTB stoneblock 4 server
  • installed the files and adjusted server RAM and max players
  • attempted to start the server, received “The update manager reported a successful update, but ./Minecraft/minecraft_server.jar is missing.”
  • tried to convert server to neoforge 21.1.213 for a matching server version, server started
  • world is a vanilla world

Odds are the world loaded as vanilla at some point, in which case you’ll need to delete the world folder.
