  • Not sure what to do?

Can you please share the full logs/latest.log with https://mclo.gs/ ?

Hi,

Where do I find the logs folder? Just looking at the folders and I can’t seem to find a finder called logs. All I can see if a folder called “AMP_Logs” but I don’t think that is what you want?

In the web file manager, you will find a folder labeled logs, inside you will find the latest.log
If there is no logs folder, copy the output of the console to that site I linked there and share that.

No logs folder but this is from the console. Different message today… something about a port already being used?

Unknown Log [#liWY6se] - mclo.gs

Windows can be a bit weird with ports sometimes, try restarting the system when you have the chance and see if that kicks it over

Same errro sadly.

Also noticed on the main AMP console it is showing the following:

10:56:23

LIM - Failure to make API call to Minecraft04: An error occurred while sending the request.

Slow method invocation: Servers took 4008ms to complete.

Weird. Does that happen with any of your other instances?

Its the only one I have. I have just tried created a new one and in the AMP console it is showing the following:

"09:25:32

Non-managed instances exist, autoconfigure cannot guarentee that the configuration is valid!

09:25:43

Waiting for AMP instance to start…

AMP instance Test901 is now running.

09:26:01

Instance Test901 has stopped

ADS logged stopped instance Test901 - exit code -1 (CATASTROPHIC_FAILURE)"

The new instance is says just constantly say “Waiting for data”.

Maybe try updating your instances tomorrow after the next mainline update is released tomorrow.
In the meantime you could try going through this post to see if it’s just some weird windows issue:

Tried that and sadly the same issue is still there.

Also… I have done a clean install of AMP on another Windows Server and… the issue is also still there! I’m now wandering if its something to do with Minecraft?

Not sure, as I’ve seen other people running Minecraft on windows fine.
The new AMP update is out, so you could try updating and see if that resolves things.

Same sadly. Just says network port is occupied.
