Startup Issue with Minecraft - First Startup of Minecraft FTB Unstable 6 (1.8.0)

It sounds like you may have left your Server Type on the FTB Source. That server type is only for downloading FTB packs. Your next step is to change the server type to the modloader that the pack uses.
