Issue
The Server is not Starting, all the Files are on the Server. I think your start script is not working for Modded Minecraft?
Reproduction Steps
Configurate Minecraft FTB New Version and selected FTB Unstable 6
Wait for Download to be Finished
Press Start Button to Start the Server
Error “Unable to start server” “The update manager reported a successful update, but ./Minecraft/minecraft_server.jar is missing”

It sounds like you may have left your Server Type on the FTB Source. That server type is only for downloading FTB packs. Your next step is to change the server type to the modloader that the pack uses.
