Problem Description

Issue

The server works well, when turned on without any add-ons, once the addon is added the server can’t start. It’s getting stuck while starting. Added Tinkers lite mod (original purchased from minecraft bedrock marketplace) two mod folders (behaviour and resource) are added to appropiate folder in Worlds in AMP server and it makes the server not being able to start.

Reproduction Steps

  • Installed Resource Pack addon and Behaviour addon
  • click on start
  • Server doesn’t start

Thanks for your reply. I did everything exactly like in the tutorial. The only thing I didn’t find was if I can use the original addons from marketplace (Extracted from the bedrock files) or are they encrypted in some way that the server can’t read them?

Did you add the add-ons through AMP’s file manager or AMP’s sftp, or some other way?

I’ve used AMP’s file manager. Zipper the original folders, copied them to the server using AMP’s file manager and unpacked it in resource and behavior main folders.

And what about world_behavior_packs.json and world_resource_packs.json in the world directory?

I’ve added this text like in the tutorial. used the correct pack id for behavior_packs and resource_packs.

“version” : [ 1, 0, 9 ]

I’ve came to conclusion that there is no way to install bedrock addons from marketplace, and copy them to the server as the files are somehow encypted.

Hopefully the quotation marks in the file are not like how they appear in your post, they should be plain text, not styled
