Not sure why startup keeps failing, even remade the server and was working before. Keeps saying TCP 8888 isn’t listening.

• Hit start.
• wait 1 min
• TCP 8888 isn’t blue

Hi, I’m not sure how to implement most of this as I’m using trying to use a hostinger server. How would I run as root? I’ve also tried with and without mods and no luck. Another instance was working previously but stopped.
