Startup Issue with Application Deployment - I can't update or start an instance after updating AMP

Problem Description

Issue

I can’t update or start an instance after updating AMP

-f: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching '' -p: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching ‘’

I have already tried updating according to How to update AMP to the latest version

Reproduction Steps

• when trying to update instance:
• This task could not be completed: Performing Upgrade - For instance TFS - State: 3.
• when trying to start instance:
• /bin/bash failed with exit code 2
• In console i see:
• -f: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching '' -p: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching ‘’
