Problem Description:
My server is always starting. It will start briefly but then will be “starting” again.

Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 I have set up multiple instances
- Step 2 I have set up the mod’s and Configs
- Step 3 Attempted to Start the server.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Same as steps i guess. i’m not sure how i can stop this.
