So basically I am going to host my friends server for him but I also want him to be a main admin on the servers web interface… How do I configure a admin profile in a way that I can give him all the permissions a server owner needs while making it so he cant delete my super admin user? This is for a Minecraft 1.17.1 Java server on Windows 10 with an Advanced license. I want him to have as many permissions as possible while avoiding the possibility for him to be able to allocate all of my servers resources to that one instance.
The only permissions he needs are the Manage permissions for the ADS and the instance you want him to access.
All the other permissions you give inside the MC instance itself.

In terms of resources, you’d make sure to not give him the memory settings under Java and Memory
