Task

Trying to open my minecraft server but it gives me a message and wont let me connect and im trying to fix it unless i can get a refund

It wont work at all, even when i tried to set up the right version i don’t get what im doing wrong and i need help to fix this server or i need a refund please..

Reproduction Steps

  • i made the server for neoforge and the right version
  • i followed the step by step process of putting the modpack into the root of the system
  • tried to ask some friend but they told me the same thing and now im here

From your system information there I’m guessing you’re using Hostinger?
Please note that this is the forum for AMP, and not Hostinger support, so any refund-related stuff would need to go through their support on their website (the panel is not their website).

In terms of setting up a modded server, you should not be doing it as root, and you should be doing everything inside the panel. See this guide here for more info.
