i was done install my mod (Fabric/dungeon heroes2.18) and trying connect to server but couldn’t get in and get massage “failed to decode packet: 'clientbound/minecraft:recipe”

- create instance with fabric mc version 1.21.1
- setting configure mc and upload modpack (Dungeon Heros RPG )
- starting server and get massage info "Internal Execption: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Failed to decode packet ‘clientbound/minecraft:recipe’ "
