No, I just realized that. All instances are 2.4.6.10, but the ampinstmgr itself is still 2.4.6.6.

So, I downloaded the latest msi and ran it (no upgrade option, btw.).
So now my ampinstmgr is 2.4.6.10, but I get the same error
