Problem Description
Issue
When i click uninstall plugin it just does not work, and also the plugin that i installed does not work on the server
Reproduction Steps
- tried to restart server
- Tried to just uninstall plugin
- looked on youtube how to
@CubeCoders-Bot Could you take a look? Make sure they’re using a server type that actually support plugins and walk them through using the file manager to manually delete plugins if needed.
Hey Kevin! Let’s make sure you’re using a server type that supports plugins, like Spigot or Paper. If you’re on Vanilla, plugins won’t work.
Here’s a quick check:
- Go to AMP’s web interface.
- Use the search box to find your server type.
If it’s correct and you still can’t uninstall plugins, you might have to do it manually using the file manager:
- Open the file manager in AMP.
- Navigate to the
plugins
folder.
- Delete the plugin files you don’t want.
Give that a shot and let me know how it goes!
