Problem Description
Issue
the server is not using the mod that i have placed into the mod folder, i am running forge server for 1.12.2.
Reproduction Steps
- install jei for 1.12.2
- place into server mod folder
- run my minecraft forge with only jei installed
- try to use jei in the server, but it says the server must have jei installed (which it does)
