I am writing because I am currently unable to complete a manual license upgrade through your payment portal.
I wish to upgrade my existing license from AMP Standard Edition to the AMP Advanced Edition. However, the checkout process only provides Stripe as a payment option, which is consistently declining all my credit and debit cards for an unknown reason. This issue is preventing me from purchasing the upgrade and accessing the new features.
