Problem Description

Issue

AMP does not open a port for the game. It will open all ports, but not the port to connect to the game. Also tried changing the port, but unsuccessfully. Problems are after the last update.

Reproduction Steps

  • Installation

  • Run

  • Checking config files

  • Run server again

    SFTP Port Number 2230 TCP
    Main Server Port 27017 UDP
    Query Dedicated Port 27018 UDP

Port 27017 wont open.

AMP doesn’t ‘open’ ports - it’s reporting what the game server itself is doing. So for whatever reason the ETS2 server itself isn’t listening. Does a fresh instance with a fresh installation following the guide have the same problem?

I have been trying to get ats going on my server as well and it is a fresh install on my server and I do have the same problem with the main game port not listening as well and yes I did follow American Truck Simulator / Euro Truck Simulator 2 Guide
as well as
Documentation/Tools/Dedicated Server - SCS Modding Wiki
so i don’t know what is going on and ufw does show the ports are there and ampinstmgr ports show that one port is closed

This was discussed on Discord. The server was up and running when we checked.
