Problem Description

Issue

Trying to setup a Minecraft instance with Forge 47.4.0, Minecraft 1.20.1 - The instance starts, but I cannot connect to the server from my local computer. Was successful when setting Forge to the latest version, but then the Mods didn’t work. Need to use Forge 47.4.0

Reproduction Steps

• Setup Minecraft with Forge 47.4.0
• Copy server address
• Enter address in Multiplayer mode in local Minecraft game running Forge 47.4.0
