Configuration with Application Deployment - After Update and Reboot unable to access instances

Problem Description

Issue

I updated the machine and AMP software by doing the Upgradeall command via command line (After running into the issue at hand). However I am unable to manage my instances now. I can get to the amp panel but if I try to manage a instance I am greeted with an error message after some while waiting for it redirect me. Error "Failed to login to remote instance. “[Object Object] Null”

Reproduction Steps

• Update ADS
• Update all instances (Using Web GUI)
• Run update commands via command line.
• Reboot and update via command line.

I cleared my cache and ran through the updates again. Still getting the same error.
