Hello, I am from India when I try to get licence using card my card declined and it says “your card was declined” when I use credit card it says “your credit card was declined. Please use debit card"

I was hoping to get an AMP license as well (buying from Norway) but my card is also being declined without explanation.

You’d have to purchase from Patreon. There’s no option of buying directly for India.
Norway isn’t on the list so I suspect that’s a separate issue.
How do I actually do Payment? I can’t understand can you help me i means there’s no one-time payment options instead there are subscriptions

Which one 10$? I have to play for 3 months right? In total 30$? If I pay that way I have to pay far more from 19£. To 35.4$ it’s+1000₹ more… 
Interesting, I seem to have solved my issue by trying to use a different email. I have a Brazilian email that ends with the country code top-level domain. Changing to another email it seems to have worked just fine.
Brazil was removed from the list of billing addresses to refuse, but .com.br as the email suffix remains in effect.
Brazil was originally blocked on fraud grounds - the volume of fraudulent transactions (stolen cards, etc) was higher than the volume of legitimate purchases so initially the entire country got blocked.
I did some research about what was going on (tl;dr - Brazilian banks suck) and was able to put some extra guardrails in place to allow Brazil to purchase again, but keeping the .com.br restriction in place was the last piece that I had to keep to keep it under control without just blocking the whole country again.
