Can't Upgrade AMP Instance Manager

OS Name/Version: Windows 11 (24H2)

Product Name/Version: 2.6.2 - 20250617.1

Problem Description:

Unable to upgrade AMP Instance Manager to v2.6.2.6 - 20250804.1

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • I have tried the “Upgrade this instance” button on the Support and Updates page of the Instance Manager. It says it’s upgrading, “fetches latest configurations” but ultimately does nothing. The page refreshes and I’m still on 2.6.2 - 20250617.1.
  • I have followed the instructions at How to update AMP to the latest version for step “2.2 Windows”. I downloaded a new copy of the installer. Stopped the current instance and ran the installer. When AMP came back up I was still on v2.6.2 - 20250617.1

I’m really not sure what to do here. Any help would be appreciated.

Le support n’a pas répondu a ce message?, j’ai le meme probleme je clic sur upgrade et ca ce lance et j’ai toujours la meme version 2.6.2.4 donc ca serait bien de répondre le support 18 jours lol

Hello, I’m having the same issue I think. I was able to update the individual game server instances, but not the base amp instance. Now, after updating my game instances, I’m locked out of the “manage instance” for my game instances because of the mismatched versions. When I click on the “manage instance” icon for the game’s server instance it gives me this modal window error:

“This instance is running a newer version of AMP than this ADS instance. This instance is version 2.6.3.0 but this ADS instance is version 2.6.2.2. Please update this ADS instance.”

disregard. I followed the manual windows upgrade instructions in the forums and it worked. thanks!
