Problem Description: fully made server and it keeps trying to run but wont start and keeps giving error code

Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 create ark server
- Step 2 open ports
- Step 3 configure and start
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Ensure all ports are open
downloaded asa dedicated server incase it needed it
read all forums
