Ark Application failed to start 2 times, not restarting

As soon as I recreate an Ark server the error occurs. I tried this in the forum and used the following link ARK: Survival Ascended Guide to fix the problem without success

bash -c ‘echo “vm.max_map_count = 16777216” > /etc/sysctl.d/20-max_map_count.conf && sysctl --system’

I uploaded everything in detail in the discord including log version pictures Discord
