AMP not wanting to update

OS Name/Version: Windows server

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)

Problem Description: It doesn’t let me update AMP

Steps to reproduce:

I click update in the user panel and it just restarts the gui
Or I type “ampinstmgr upgrade ADS” in to the console and it gives me a SQlite error

Actions taken to resolve so far: I tried to reinstall AMP but it hasn’t work
