Reinstalling improperly can bugger some things, so if you run into issues you might want to go through this guide here before installing again:

You can create new instances, then copy over the game files and reconfigure them, running ampinstmgr fixperms in CMD if you used the Windows File Explorer at all.
(you can copy some settings from the .kvp files, but be careful that you don’t override any IP/port info, since that’s handled by the ADS and not the game server instance itself)
