AMP Installation nicht möglich, habe es mehrmals neu installiert und alles versucht ich bekomme es nicht zum Laufen, entweder ist der Localhost in der Installation nicht erreichbar und meistens ist AMP nicht gestartet, PC mehrmals neu gestartet und alle daten gelöscht.
Ich wollte es nur neu installieren, um die steuer Konsole zu bekommen , damit ich meine server von mein PC aus steuern möchte ohne gleich ssh zum server zu machen.

Reinstalling is also not a recommended troubleshooting step and usually makes things worse.
It sounds like you’ve damaged you installation by doing so as well, follow this guide to get things to a clean slate (backup the game files and save them elsewhere):
