After i Updated my Amp All my DayZ servers do not work

Before I updated, the servers just started fine, after i updated them They didnt start and i got the error `AMP was unable to start the application. Possible causes may include insufficient permissions to load the executable, or the file not being correctly flagged as being an executable file. Check AMPs logs for more information.´

When i then restarted it and Tryed to update it, i just got ´Malformed Data: Settings Manifest is invalid´
I tryed to Resart everything, or just amp.
I tryed to create a new dayZ instance, after trying to update it to download the game date i got the same error as before, for trying to update.

Did all the steps in it, when i go to manage instane and try to use the orange update button, it still gives the error : ´Malformed Data: Settings Manifest is invalid´

Update seemed to have erased/ corrupted the configmanifest.json file.

It was completely empt.
