OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 22.04/ Windows 11
Product Name/Version: AMP Callisto 2.5.0, and WinScp
Problem Description:
I can’t access SFTP through WinSCP, keep saying:
the server unexpectedly closed
or when I put in the password it says
Access denied
Steps to reproduce:
- First put in the the IP, port, and username
- Press connect and put in the password. It will say access denied and put in the same password multiple times
- Eventually it will say The server unexpectedly closed.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
- Tried FireZilla
- ran
ampinstmgr --nocache updateall - re-setted my password from a numerical number to just alphabets.
- Checked the status of amp
ampinstmgr status
Everything looks fine, but the sftp. Also, the amp is running on Linux Ubuntu 22.04 and I access the amp control panel through my main PC which has Windows 11.
