Why can't I run more paper-mc servers?

Product Name/Version: AMP Standard Edition

Problem Description: I have a paper server that works great. I wanted another so my friends can play with their friends too. But after I created the instance and swtiched/updated it to paper.It just refuses to start, I tried every other typa “server type” (spigot, fabric…") none of the launched after that only the offical version. Why is that?

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1 : create a minecraft java instance
  • Step 2 :switch it to paper
  • Step 3 :then create the other Minecraft Java instance
  • Step 4 :then switch that to paper aswell

Actions taken to resolve so far: Swithced to offical version, it works but its not as stable as paper, in my opinion.
